Also, kind of big news, but we finally have an editor!

Here’s his self-introduction:

‘Hey everyone, I’m Fractal. I decided to help these guys since they were doing everything by themselves (which is inherently crazy). This chapter I ended up making a lot of edits, so feel free to bring your complaints to me. I’m also planning to edit all the old chapters again but don’t expect that to be finished soon. Enjoy the release!’

This brings the number of people we have working on Jaku-chara up to three. That doesn’t necessarily mean things will get done any faster, though. We’re working on streamlining the process. Anyway, from now on I’ll be adding credits to each release now that we have more specialized roles. Fractal has also impressed upon us the need to set up a discord server, so that’s something that we’ve finally done. You can find the link to join in the sidebar on the right (alternatively, you can click ). It’s still a work in progress, but we hope that it’ll be of use in building a nice community around Jaku-chara.

In other news, we’ve become aware that another group has done the prologue, potentially without knowing that we’re actively translating the series. Just know that we’re in touch with them and are working on the possibility of cooperating in the future.
